What are the payment methods available?
SOS accepts the following payment methods: Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). By payment apps: via PayPal, Apple Pay (mobile) and Meta Pay (mobile). Payment is secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transaction.
Why was my payment refused?
Kindly contact your bank in case your payment is declined or cancelled.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is available on your account by visiting the "Order history" section. If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be sent by email along with your confirmation.
